Please note that by accessing any or part of our website, you shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full. We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page, so please check the website from time to time to review the current terms and conditions.

We are an established florist business in St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands ,UK. We sell flowers, plants and related gifts from our shop and online via our website.

All products are subject to availability. This is based on seasonality and availability from our suppliers. We reserve the right to substitute a product for equivalent value and quality without notice.

In the event that we are unable to supply the product or unable to substitute the product, we shall notify you a  soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.

We may substitute flowers for suitable alternatives, similar in style, colour, quality, and value depending on availability.

Sundry items such as vases, containers, baskets and festive pix are not included, unless stated in the description and may vary or be substituted for a similar item if they are included.

We have described each product as accurately as possible. We have included photos to indicate how the product may look with the photographs and descriptions for information only as a general guide and may vary slightly in appearance as those depicted on the website.

 We will deliver the item only once, to the name and address specified. If the recipient is not home and cannot be left in a safe location or with a neighbour(if they are happy to take responsibility for the item/s), we will leave a delivery note and return the item/s to the shop. We will then arrange either redelivery of the item/s at a convenient time for the recipient or they can also be collected from the shop if easier. Shop address stated above and will be stated on the flower/plant packaging.

Bella Fiori Ltd does not take any responsibility for any theft or damage to any flowers, plants/sundries if left.

We deliver only in Jersey, Channel Islands. We cover all areas of Jersey. We do charge a delivery fee, which is applied to your order on the website, at the checkout.

We do not deliver on Sundays or bank holidays unless otherwise stated on our social media posts. These can include, but not always guaranteed, Christmas, Valentines Day, Easter and Mother’s day. Additional delivery charges may be applied to these dates. Any orders placed on a public holiday will be delivered on the next working day.

We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address you have provided for delivery, on the specified date as requested by you. If you make the wrong date in the box allocated, we will not take responsibility for this. We cannot specify or guarantee any times for delivery unless for a funeral order. Funeral orders will need to be ordered directly either via phone, email or in person at our shop. You cannot order funeral designs on our website.

For same-day delivery please order before 1 pm. Placing your order after this time runs the risk of the order being delivered the following day and we will not be held responsible for this.

Please be sure to provide the correct name and address details including house name/number, road name, parish and postcode. If directions are required to locate the address more easily please use the special instructions box on the webshop to enable us to deliver promptly.

 All deliveries will be delivered by either Bella Fiori Ltd or Via a third-party courier.

In only very occasional circumstances delivery on the requested terms will not be possible. In these circumstances, you will be given prior notice whereby possible and we shall either make an alternative arrangement or shall reimburse your payment in full.

Neither we nor any courier service that we use, shall be liable for any failure to perform, where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control including but not limited to any fire, flood, explosion, accident, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction or any private or public highway, riot, government act, act of war, terrorism, act of god or from any industrial dispute or strike whatsoever. Please ensure that you enter full and accurate details, including the full name. The address and the postal code, of the recipient. We will not be responsible for any orders which are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information being supplied by you.


Prices and payment

The price payable for the products that you order is shown on our website.

Delivery charges are shown separately in the checkout before you enter your payment details.

Where the order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted and not held in cleartext.

We accept payment by Credit and Debit card via the third party checkout organisation AIB.

If for any reason payment is refused, after we have dispatched the products, we will have the right to request the payment from you or to recover the products from you/recipient.
