Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of Bella Fiori ltd.
Because of the perishable nature of our products you are advised and requested to make any complaint within 1 working day of the delivery date of the products and either provide photos or bring the flowers to the shop immediately. We can also arrange to collect them, where possible, if the recipient is unable to return them to us.
We will always endeavour to come to an agreement with the recipient either to replace the item or refund the item, depending upon the nature of the complaint and timescale of receiving the complaint.

Please note all flowers are conditioned, in order to ensure the quality and freshness at all items. Plants are watered and checked over regularly also.

Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if we have insufficient stock to deliver the products you have ordered or if the pricing information received by us from our suppliers is incorrect.
If we do have to cancel your contract, we will notify you by email and refund you any sum paid to us by you by credit or debit card. We will not be obliged to offer any compensation for loss or disappointment suffered by you. The contract only exits between us once payment has been processed and you received confirmation of this.
